Sorry, no cats.  We do have one 37-pound 1 year old dog named Walter who lives upstairs.  Your dog may be permitted pending successful dog meet and greet, dog references and pet fee.

Today, the photos you see are furnishings provided by the current tenants.  Once vacated, we will be providing new furnishings in the living areas.  Bedrooms will be yours to furnish.  If you prefer we furnish you bedroom just let us know and we can probably work something out.

A brand new washer and dryer is available for shared use on the lower level of the home.

This home is owned and managed by the parents of an existing student resident.

We self-manage both properties to ensure maintenance quality and the timely response to the needs of our students.
